FEES Total fees include laboratory work, individual counseling, post-operative visit, and, if required, contraceptive sample and prescription. There is an additional fee for general anesthesia and anti-RH serum (injection.)
METHOD OF PAYMENT Cash, cashier's check, money orders, travelers' checks, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted as payment. WE ALSO ACCEPT INSURANCE. We are unable to accept personal checks.
The Center is open for appointments, pregnancy testing and information Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
